Collecting your samples

Collecting Saliva Samples

You do this with your own cotton swab. The saliva sample can be taken by passing a cotton swab thoroughly along the inside of both sides of your cheeks, including both ends of the swab. Left with one side and right with the other side. Deliver the cotton swab with the oral mucosa separately packed in a closed sandwich bag, a ziplock bag or something else that can be closed.

Do this for each sample. This way, you guarantee that every sample stays with the right person. So 2 ziplock bags for a duo test and 3 or 4 for a family test.

We only need a few hairs. The best thing is that you take it at the root. You can easily do this by running a brush through your hair, we can test any type of body hair.

Do we mail in each person's sample separately?

We prefer to send all samples in one envelope. Make sure to use a plastic bag per person do not mix hair samples of different persons. Make sure to label all samples to which the samples belong.

Will I receive a test kit at home?

Attention: We do not send out testing kits

We do not send a test kit to offer you the most affordable price and to make the test procedure as fast as possible. So you only have to send your samples. In this way we want to save the environment just like you do.

Why we don't send out testing kits

  2. You don't have to wait for the mail, we put the action in your hands

I can't see my order in my account

Most likely you have purchased the test as a guest and later decide to log in. Due to the nature of fast and effortless guest checkouts, the order is separated from your account email.

If you decide to login later and can’t find the order, send us an email and our technical staff will manually attach your account email to your order number.

Due to privacy and the nature of guest checkouts, this process cannot be automated.

My order states Completed but I haven't received my results

This is normal. You have purchased a test and the purchase has been completed in our payment system. This has nothing to do with the test procedure. You will receive your test kit and your tracking code in 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive your results in 7 to 10 business days after we have received your samples in our laboratory.

I haven't received my order confirmation email

First of all make sure you have checked your spam folder.

Shop emails tend to arrive in spam folders depending on your email provider or email settings.

The order emails can take a while to be delivered depending on your bank payment processor.

If you still can't find your order please contact us providing:

  • Name of person who purchased the test
  • Email of the person who purchased
  • Date of purchase

Is it possible to determine your intolerances by yourself?

Can I understand the results by myself?

Yes, the results are meant to be as easy to understand and user-friendly as possible.

What do the “reaction degrees” on the results report mean?

In the report you will find several headings. Each list the tested values. These values are shown as a color value in green (safe), orange (average risk), red (caution)

Some of the items will have a further explanation next to them to further detail the intolerances.

Everything on the food intolerances and non-food intolerances here has an intolerance level of over 60% as you will see from the percentage levels on the right hand side. The reason we report only above this threshold is because 60% is the point at which you would expect to start experiencing symptoms from an intolerance. Collect all samples and put them in a padded envelope. We prefer all samples for each person in the test to be submitted in one single envelope.

Please bring your samples to the post office and pay for the proper postage with a tracking code. This is required to track proof of delivery or when samples get lost during transit. Without a tracking code, it is impossible to verify the delivery of your samples.
